Itinerary Experience Belize Package
Day 1: Arrival
EnjoyBelize welcomes you the Caribbean!. Upon arrival at Goldson International Airport of Belize City, one of our drivers will wait for you at the exit of the airport to transfer you to your hotel in the Cayo District. Dinner on your own, overnight in Cayo District.
Day 2: Actun Tunichil Muknal Cave
Early in the morning our guide will transfer you from your hotel to the ATM Cave. The cave system consists of a series of chambers, ending in a 300 by 50 meter Cathedral where sacrificial ceremonies once took place. Here you will be exposed to the individuals sacrificed to the gods of the underworld. Visitors to this cave have the opportunity to travel into the Maya past and witness a living museum where the human sacrifices and artifacts can be viewed in their original context. Overnight in Cayo District.
Day 3: Jaguar Paw, Cave tubing and Belize Zoo
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up at your hotel and will transfer you to Jaguar Paw. You will be crossing the clear blue caves branch river and hike through the jungle led by one of our experienced guides. The guide will point out flora and fauna along the way and answer any question you may have. After about an hour you will get into the river with your inner tubes and begin your ride through the cave tunnels back to the originating point.
After the tour we will transfer you back to Belize City and you will have a stop at Belize Zoo that is considered the finest zoo in America. The Belize Zoo is truly one of Belize's shining eco-tourism stars.
Upon your arrival into Belize City, you will take a flight to Placencia. Overnight in Placencia.
Day 4: Diving to Silk Caye
After breakfast a professional guide will pick you up at your hotel to take you to The Silk Caye that sits on the longest Barrier Reef in the Western Hemisphere and form part of the Gladden Spit & Silk Cayes Marine Reserve. The reef around the islands has an abundance of fish and coral species.
Day 5 and 6: Free Days
You will have these free days to relax and enjoy of the amenities of your hotel.
Day 7: Departure
You will be transferred from your hotel to Placencia Airstrip in order to take your flight back to Belize City and take your flight back home.
